I'm excited -my book, Ayurveda Primer: The A, B, C's of Ayurvedic Medicine is now on Amazon!
This book makes Ayurveda ridiculously simple because I wrote it based on what clients have asked me over the decades, and the explanations they understand.
It also helps Ayurveda practitioners because it gives lots of 'best uses' like best herbs for common health conditions.
There is also a section how to meditate, offering various methods of simple meditation that anyone can practice.
Chapters include an introduction to Ayurveda, yoga, massage, music therapy, aromatherapy, color therapy, mantras, pancha karma, Feng Shui/Vastu Shastra, Jyotish Vedic astrology, Case Studies & Scientific Research, Frequently Asked Questions.
Enjoy!
Wishing everyone wellness, wisdom & wonder!
